1. Operation General Manager (site)
A senior position reporting to the Board of Directors. Responsible for all aspect of mining operations, including mine planning, budgeting, production and cost control.
- male, max age 50, S1 Mining/Geology Engineering
- min. 10 years experience in managing large mining site

2. Human Resources General Manager (Jakarta)
A senior position responsible at a corporate level for developing and implementing effective HR Management.
He may provide advice and services to executive management
- male, max age 50, S1 Psychology or related discipline
- min. 10 years experience in HR planning and management at corporate level in large
companies, preferably mining

3. General Counsel (Jakarta)
A senior position responsible to the Directors for corporate legal matters, including public offering and corporate restructuring
- male/female, max age 40, min. S1 Law
- min. 3 years in reputable Law firm
- experience in corporate actions, capital market, or land acquisition is advantageous,
fluent in English

4. Legal Officer (Jakarta)
To administer legal documentation, licenses, business contract drafting and document filing.
- male/female, max age 35, min. S1 Law
- min. 3 years in reputable Law firm
- 2-3 years experience in corporate or business law, familiar with land issues is
advantageous,

5. Mine Manager (site)
Responsible for site operations, including mine planning, production and QC
- male, max age 50, S1 Mining/Geology Engineering
- at least 8 years experience in coal or aother mining company

6. Mine Plan Engineer (site)
Duties include to prepare long term pit design and calculation of minable reserve
- male, max age 50, S1 Mining Engineering
- min. 3 years in similar jobs
- familiar with mining plan software or system

7. Senior Geologist (site)
Duties include setting exploration targets, producing data for coordination with mine planning, directing geologist in data collection, collation and analysis.
- male, max age 50, S1 Mining Engineering
- min. 10 years in coal mining
- preferably familiar with AutoCad, GPS and mining plan software

8. Senior Mine Engineer (site)
Responsible for technical advice, planning and improve mining methods, prepare medium and long term planning, preparing drilling plans and directing junior engineers.
- male, max age 40, S1 Mining/Geology Engineering
- min. 10 years in coal mining planning or as mine engineer
- preferably able to operate minescope software

9. Wellsite Geologist (site)
Responsible for daily drilling activities, and to provide description of coal cutting and core for sampling preparation
- male, max age 30, min. D3/S1 Mining/Geology Engineering
- fresh graduate, but 1-2 years experience in coal mining is adventageous
- preferably familiar with AutoCad, GPS and mining plan software

10. Data Management & Data Controlling (Jakarta)
In coordination with wellsite geologists, to control and verify drilling data
- male/female, max age 40, S1 Geology Engineering
- fresh graduate, but 1-2 years experience in coal mining is adventageous

11. Finance & Accounting Manager (Jakarta)
Reporting to the Finance Director
Responsible for financial reporting, budget and operational finance
- male/female, age between 30-40, S1 Finance/Accounting, IPK min. 2.75
- min. 5 years experience
- experience in managerial level is advantageous
- willing to travel to site

12. Accounting Staff (Jakarta)
To handle daily transactions in finance and accounting
- male/female, max. age 25
- S1 Accounting, IPK min. 2.75
- Up to 4 years experience will be considered for different for seniority levels

13. Personnel Administration (Jakarta)
To handle daily transaction in Finance activities and HR administration
- female, max. age 25, S1 Economy, IPK min. 2.75
- fresh graduate, but 1-2 years experience in coal mining is adventageous

14. Secretary (Jakarta)
- female, single, max. age 30
- reputable secretary academy or university graduate
- well organized, efficient, can work under pressure
- fluent in written and spoken English
