Management Development Program (MDP)

Program Objective :
Prepared future manager who comprehend and expert not only its field but also understand cross functional process

Requirement:
- Degree holder from a recognized university, preferably master degree with out standing result (GPA min 3.5)
- Applicant with I years relevant work experience also eligible to apply
- Bellow 27 years of age at the date of application
- Personal attributes :
a. Excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skill (Indonesia, English)
b. A self starter, fast learner, able to work independently as well as in team
c. Strong analytical ability and problem solving
d. Energetic, having business sense and strong drive result

Learning & Development Officer (L&D)
Your responsibilities include to identify TNA, build and evaluate training program and learning solutions by negotiating with internal subject matter experts and external providers to provide learning solutions that meet targeted outcomes; manage company's Knowledge Management activities.

Requirement:
- Hold minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering studies
- Minimum 1 year work experience in the related fields,
- Ability to work in a fast paced, multitasking environment
- Demonstrated strong verbal, written, interpersonal communication skills as well as effective presentation, consulting and facilitation skills.
- Strong, self-starter
