JUNIOR SECRETARY (JS)
General requirements:
- Female with max. age 30 years old for no. 1, 2, 5 and max. age 25 years old for no. 3, 4.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting/Management, preferably from reputable university for no. 1, 2, 3.
- Diploma degree from Accounting fir no. 4 and from Secretary or any other major for no. 5
- Minimum GPA 3.00 out of 4.00 for no. 1, 2 and GPA 2.800 for no. 3
- 2-3 years experience in similar field, preferably in Accounting Public Firm for no. 1, 2
- Fresh graduate or have 1 year relevant working experience for no. 3, 4, 5
- Preferably fluent in English for no. 1, 2, 5
- Able to operate computer with MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word
- Strong analytical skills and well organized
- Have ability and willingness to work in a team and with limited supervision, work accurately, honest, proactive, fast learner, high integrity and commitment
